About the Role
CrowdStrike's Strategic Advisory Services team assists customers with proactive engagements to enhance security programs, educate employees, and develop tailored cyber initiatives. The Response Readiness Exercises (RRE) team helps customers focus on readiness for cyber incidents.
A Consultant on the Readiness Services team will deliver Response Readiness offerings that introduce customers to CrowdStrike's incident response capabilities and highlight best practices. These engagements help customers work efficiently with CrowdStrike and effectively leverage available Falcon modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with a wide range of new and existing customers, from small and medium enterprises to Fortune 50 organizations
- Build relationships with customers to establish credibility and provide certainty
- Identify areas for ongoing risk reduction and improvement
- Deliver actionable guidance for incident response
- Position CrowdStrike as an essential services partner and thought leader
About You
- Experience in cybersecurity, particularly involving incident response
- Motivated by helping customer partners improve their incident response capabilities
- Strong at building strategic relationships with customers
- Experience identifying areas where customers can grow and mature
- Able to communicate clearly about technical concepts with customers
- Hybrid professional with customer acumen and proven technical foundation
- Excited about building relationships with new customers and introducing them to CrowdStrike technologies
- Eager to continuously learn and improve technical and management consulting skills
- Committed to improving team offerings and business processes
