What You Could Be Working On
As a Consultant at dss+, you may have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts on complex client engagements
- Help clients improve operational performance, safety culture, and risk management capabilities
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programmes
- Support operational assessments and transformation initiatives
- Develop practical recommendations and implementation plans for clients
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership
- Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery activities across multiple industries

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from individuals who bring:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams
- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments
- Interest in operational transformation, safety, risk, or sustainability consulting
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US
Preferred background:
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations
- Experience within industries such as manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical and visualisation tools
