Construction Operations & Project Support Specialist

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who can genuinely hit the ground running and bring a strong existing
• skill set to the role.
• Must haves:
• ● Experience in residential construction, construction administration, project
• coordination or a closely related environment.
• ● Strong project management and organisational skills.
• ● Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ● Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• ● Confidence working with data, templates, reports and interconnected spreadsheets.
• ● Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• ● Experience with construction/project management software would be a major advantage.
• ● A strong understanding of project workflows, construction sequencing or construction
• management processes.
• ● Excellent written communication skills.
• ● Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to getting things done.
• ● A genuine interest in AI and technology, with the ability to identify practical ways AI can
• improve business processes.
• ● The ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote environment.
• ● Experience creating content and managing social media.

Particularly Valuable Experience

• Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

• ● Google Workspace / Google Drive
• ● QuickBooks
• ● Excel / Google Sheets
• ● Asana or similar task/project management platforms
• ● AI tools and workflow automation You don't need to have experience with every platform — what's most important is that you're highly capable with technology and can learn new systems quickly.
