<p>SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Compliance Specialist for our Contract Administration team. </p>

<p>The Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and analyzing SRS Acquiom’s contractual obligations under the definitive agreements, as it applies to the distribution of transaction consideration and funds. </p>

<p>The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to ensure all relevant information is received to ensure a timely distribution. </p>

<p>The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, is a self-starter but also capable of working well on a team, can quickly comprehend key provisions of complex agreements, think outside the box to solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. </p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives </em><strong><em>within</em></strong><em> a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working </em><em>one</em><em> day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, </em><em>two</em><em> days per week in the office will be expected. </em></p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives </em><strong><em>outside </em></strong><em>a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.</em><strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>The salary range for this position is between $75K and $85K, depending on level of experience.</p>

<li>Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of assigned post-closing releases in our system of record.</li>

<li>Review various transactional agreements and contracts to extract the relevant legal information to complete the distribution of transaction consideration and funds.</li>

<li>Perform thorough analysis to fully understand the post-closing contractual obligations.</li>

<li>Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to create accurate distribution waterfalls and ensure funds are released timely to the right parties.</li>

<li>Prepare the post-closing release materials and work closely with the Compliance Analyst Team on updates to the release materials.</li>

<li>Communicate and collaborate with internal departments.</li>

<li>Facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk and prioritize action.</li>

<li>Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results.</li>

<li>Manage and help execute special projects as needed.</li>

<li>Deliver training as requested by Management.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business, required.</li>

<li>2-5 years’ experience within financial services.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret contracts.</li>

<li>Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.</li>

<li>Takes ownership of issues and follows through to resolution.</li>

<li>Can work independently or as part of a team as the issue requires.</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>

<li>Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to face off across all levels of an organization and external stakeholders.</li>
