Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Geofencing Analysts, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to SLAs across the team
• Allocate and oversee team workload, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in geofencing processes
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex geofencing cases, key risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication to senior management
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of geofencing controls by reviewing, investigating alerts, and refining workflows
• Monitor and analyze AML-related risks associated with geofencing, staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to high-risk customers, jurisdictions, and business operations
