About the Team
Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
Overview
As Compliance Analyst at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our regulatory compliance framework as we expand operations into Canada. This role will assist in maintaining a scalable compliance program that supports applicable gaming, financial crime, consumer protection, and regulatory obligations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Compliance, you will work closely with business units and operational stakeholders to support compliance initiatives, assess operational risks, and help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across global operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including Legal, Product, Payments, Operations, Responsible Gaming, and Regulatory Affairs teams, to support a mature and effective compliance program that proactively mitigates legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk. Additionally, your responsibilities will include supporting Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (“ATF”) compliance obligations, including adherence to FINTRAC requirements and applicable provincial gaming regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator and organized problem solver with exceptional attention to detail. With a focus on regulatory compliance, operational execution, and documentation, they will bring thoughtful, practical solutions to a rapidly growing organization while contributing at a hands-on level.
