Complex Case Management Clinical Supervisor

About the role:

We are looking for a Complex Case Management Clinical Supervisor to join our Clinical Operations team. You will oversee a team of case managers, ensuring high-quality care coordination and clinical outcomes for our members with complex health needs.

You will report into the Manager of Clinical Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of case managers in delivering complex case management services
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and workflows to improve member outcomes
• Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address member needs and escalate issues
• Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in case management or care coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Bonus points:

• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential
• Experience in managed care or health insurance
• Familiarity with value-based care models
