Community Manager (gn)

Your mission

• You primarily manage our French-language social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels
• You moderate comments, messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• You work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed-upon roster
• You possess strong judgment, which you bring to content moderation and generating feedback
• You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the shift schedule

Your experience & skills

• You speak French at a native level and have very good to fluent written and spoken German skills. English skills are a plus
• You are ideally based in Germany
• You bring at least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-oriented environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing, or community management)
• You share our passion for offering our customers the best products and the best service
• You are curious and truly enjoy actively fostering our community
• You stand out for your high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and accuracy
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and also enjoy working flexibly from your smartphone
