In This Role
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and scaling a global community of educators, parents, and learners around a game-based learning platform. You will serve as the voice of the community, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and long-term loyalty. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and social teams, you will execute community initiatives, manage programs, and ensure the community experience remains inclusive, valuable, and aligned with audience needs. This role requires strong communication skills, community-first thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
