About the role

About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About

You'll be the trusted voice our members lean on. Building real relationships, you'll motivate, engage, and guide them on their journey — while growing a buzzing, supportive online community that reinforces our mission and keeps members connected. You'll also shape and sharpen the processes behind the scenes, always looking for smarter ways to work and better ways to support our members.

What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of our online community, building trusted relationships with members and ensuring it's a positive, valuable space where they share their experiences and support each other.
  • Support (and bring fresh ideas to) virtual events, Q&A sessions, challenges, and other initiatives that foster a real sense of belonging and connection within the community.
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines, responding promptly and empathetically to posts and messages in a way that makes members feel heard.
  • Work in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team to triage, respond to, and escalate communications from patients to relevant teams, minimising patient safety risks.
  • Use community insights and data to inform how we engage, educate, and inspire our members — spotting trends, tracking what's working, and continuously improving the experience.

About you

  • A relationship-builder: you love connecting with people, earning their trust, and making every member feel like they belong.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a creative streak for keeping the community fresh and engaging.
  • Comfortable working with data: you can read engagement and community metrics, draw out insights, and use them to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Organised, independent, and a strong team player.
  • Excited by fast-paced change and creative problem solving.
  • Goes without saying — you're obsessive about patient experience and thrive on understanding a patient's problems and finding the best solution.

Bonus points

for a background in nutrition, dietetics, or coaching, or for experience in content creation, social media management, or community management.
