Commercial Operations Analyst
About the role
Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors. Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.
We're looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to take ownership of the day-to-day commercial, reporting, and partnerships operations that keep Antenna running. You will partner directly with the VP Finance to keep contracts moving, reporting accurate, and partnership pipelines on track — absorbing the operational load that currently sits with senior leadership and freeing up that bandwidth for higher-order work. You will work cross-functionally with the sales team on CRM hygiene, with internal team leads on OKR reporting, and with the finance function on invoicing and collections. As you build context in the seat, you will shift from executing defined processes to designing the systems behind them, with broad exposure to how a scaling data business actually runs.
We care more about how you think and operate than where you've worked or how many years you've been working. Strong candidates may come from operations, finance, consulting, project management, executive support, paralegal work, or adjacent fields. If you've been the connective tissue on a team — the person who keeps the trains running — we want to hear from you.
You will report to the VP, Finance. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). You will report to the VP, Finance.
What You’ll Do
- Own the SOW and contract workflow end-to-end — drafting from templates, routing for signature, tracking execution, and filing executed documents
- Manage HubSpot as the system of record, holding the sales team accountable to CRM hygiene and consistent activity logging
- Issue invoices on time, maintain vendor portals, track collections, and coordinate with finance on any discrepancies
- Produce recurring performance reports — actuals vs. goals, pipeline coverage, win/loss trends — and refresh quarterly forecast models with current pipeline data
- Run the OKR reporting cadence: collect inputs from team leads, consolidate, and prepare for review
- Track the status of active and prospective data licensing partnerships, including next steps, key contacts, and deal terms; coordinate follow-ups and route partnership documents
- Flag stalled deals, missing documentation, anomalies, and process gaps before they become problems
Who You Are
- Conscientiousness as a core craft. You treat follow-through, accuracy, and the small details as the work, not the housekeeping. You're the person on past teams who noticed the missing invoice, the stalled deal, or the data point that didn't add up
- Systems thinking. When you encounter a loose or undocumented process, your instinct is to convert it into something repeatable. You're energized by turning chaos into structure rather than working around it
- Diplomatic accountability. You're comfortable holding peers — including senior peers — to process and hygiene standards without creating friction. You bring a service mindset to internal stakeholders while protecting the integrity of the work
- Numerical fluency. You're at home in spreadsheets, comfortable building and maintaining simple models, and you read numb
