Role Overview
As an Algolia Install Base Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention and expansion across your install base. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, uncover new opportunities, and ensure customers realize measurable value from Algolia's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a large portfolio of existing Commercial customers, with accountability for retaining and growing recurring revenue
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, use cases, and success criteria to identify expansion opportunities
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for your accounts, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive account planning and execution strategies that align Algolia's solutions to customer goals
- Lead commercial conversations including renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support, and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor account health and usage signals to identify risks early and prevent churn
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management for your book of business
