Commercial Counsel, Procurement

What you'll achieve:

• Strategically partner with internal business stakeholders to draft and negotiate inbound commercial agreements and supporting documents.
• Provide timely and practical legal advice on a variety of requests, taking into account relevant legal issues and risks, agreement structure, and approval process.

You will be part of a global Legal & Stock Department working cross-functionally to support Asana's mission. This role focuses on supporting procurement and vendor onboarding as part of the Commercial Legal team, reporting to the Managing Commercial Counsel, Procurement.
