Role Description
We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals interested in building companies in the local services space together with ThirtyEight Capital. This is not a traditional operating role with predefined responsibilities.
The goal is to jointly identify, validate and potentially build scalable and profitable businesses in highly fragmented service industries.

What We Look For
We care less about perfect resumes and more about entrepreneurial drive, ownership mentality and strong execution capabilities.
Relevant backgrounds could include:
- Skilled trades / local services
- Operations-heavy industries
- Construction or related fields
You might already work inside the industry, operate a small business, understand operational pain points, or have identified opportunities to modernize how these businesses are built and scaled.
