Position Overview

Ajaia is hiring a Cloud Security & DevOps Engineer to manage and secure the company's multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and Azure. This is a technical, hands-on role. You will configure infrastructure, enforce security controls, manage deployment pipelines, and build automation that reduces manual overhead across IT and security operations. The company operates AI products across regulated industries, so you will support compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2) at the infrastructure level. You are expected to think about security as part of every system you build or maintain, not as an afterthought. Internal IT operations (access management, endpoint security, onboarding automation) are also part of your scope. The company is AI-first. You should already be using AI tools to write scripts, analyze logs, generate documentation, and accelerate your engineering work. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI fluency is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling.
