Role We are hiring a Clinical Assistant (CA), based in Portugal, motivated by delivering the best onboarding experience to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient referrals and requests and provide admin support with billing.

  Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and inbound requests, ensuring timely triage, routing, and follow-up, across all of our international clients;

• Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner;

• Serve as the primary operational bridge between administrative services and clinical teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental communication and workflow efficiency;

• Provide administrative assistance with billing workflows, including invoice processing, insurance paperwork, and routine billing inquiries;

• Improve and automate workflows by leveraging AI.

What you need to have

• 2+ years of professional experience in administrative roles;

• Highly detail-oriented, organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive approach;

• Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our patients;

• Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;

• A strong commitment to data security and privacy;

• Proficiency with standard office software (G-Suite / Microsoft Office).
