ABOUT THE ROLE

CannonDesign has an exciting opportunity for a firm-wide Climate + Resilience Leader. We are looking for creative, curious, empathetic people to join our Living-Centered Design movement.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will lead our emerging climate + resilience services, partnering with firm-wide design and technical leadership as an integral part of project teams across the firm.

• Lead, mentor, manage and grow our internal climate + resilience services as a subject matter expert to assist design teams across the firm to deliver healthy environment solutions and pursue prime external work as appropriate in collaboration with internal teams, including sustainability, interiors, incubate & launch, live/work/play, and health for all.
• Work to integrate climate + resilience strategies into the building design process across the firm.
