Client Relations Manager (B2C) (m/w/d) | 100% remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer base of approximately 2,000+ customers. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring optimal customer care, providing solutions, and maintaining a consistently positive experience with our services and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
• Support customers with legal matters (legal advice not required)
• Identify and resolve problems
• Proactively guide and support customers
• Advise on suitable solutions and services
• Work closely with Legal and Back-Office teams

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
• Personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience working with customers (support, sales, or customer success)
• Ability to remain composed in difficult situations
• Goal-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
