About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer base of approximately 2,000+ customers. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring optimal customer care, providing solutions, and maintaining a consistently positive experience with our services and products.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
- Support customers with legal matters (legal advice not required)
- Identify and resolve problems
- Proactively guide and support customers
- Advise on suitable solutions and services
- Work closely with Legal and Back-Office teams
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
- Personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience working with customers (support, sales, or customer success)
- Ability to remain composed in difficult situations
- Goal-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
