About the role

Position Overview

As a Client Account Executive you will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of law firm clients and prospects, from new customer acquisition through long-term growth, retention, and cloud adoption. This role blends consultative enterprise sales with strategic account management, requiring strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will engage senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and firm leadership, guiding them through complex buying decisions and ongoing modernization initiatives. Success in this role is defined by new logo wins, sustained account growth, high retention, and trusted advisor status with Elite’s most strategic clients.

This is a quota-carrying role with responsibility for both new business and expansion revenue.

Work Arrangement: Remote, Australia

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers within an assigned territory or market segment.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-suite and firm leadership.
  • Develop compelling value propositions using ROI analysis, cost modeling, and industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts post-close, serving as the primary commercial relationship owner.
  • Drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals and modernization initiatives.
