About the role

Responsibilities

  • Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, including managing printing, filing, supply runs, and keeping the space stocked and ready for events
  • Support live events by helping with check-ins, room setup, vendor coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Handle timely pickups and drop-offs for supplies, signage, or event materials
  • Serve as the point of connection between venues, vendors, and the Base team

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative heavy role, in hospitality, event coordination/planning, or other relevant experience

Required Qualifications

  • Ultra-organized, detail-driven, and efficient with ability to juggle multiple moving pieces
  • Comfortable with change and able to thrive when solving problems in real time
  • Personable and professional when representing Base to guests, vendors, and internal teams
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, follows through flawlessly, and stays ahead of the curve
  • Strong contingency planning skills to manage unexpected changes or challenges
  • Available for weekday office support and evening events
  • Creative thinking to bring fresh ideas to guest experiences and event operations
