We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and polished Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO of a fast-paced, technology-driven U.S. company. This role is designed for someone who can operate as an extension of the CEO — managing priorities, driving execution, communicating with high-level stakeholders, and solving problems independently.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable operating in high-performance environments with senior executives, investors, partners, and top-tier professionals.
This is not an assistant role for someone waiting to be told exactly what to do. We want someone who can take a problem, own it, figure it out, and come back with solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner and representative of the CEO in internal and external communications.
- Coordinate and manage high-priority projects, initiatives, and follow-ups across departments.
- Communicate professionally with executives, clients, investors, and other top-level stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and executive materials.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure execution and accountability.
- Conduct research, gather information, and independently solve operational or strategic problems.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.
- Help optimize workflows, processes, and executive operations.
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
