Profile Overview
We are looking for a CEO to lead one of our next acquisitions into its next stage of growth and scale. As CEO, you will own the brand’s PnL, strategy, growth, culture, and overall performance, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic direction. You will work closely with our leadership team, board, and the broader saas.group community to deliver impact across go-to-market, product, operations, and finance. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of a SaaS business within a high-growth portfolio, while having the backing, network, and resources of saas.group.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute a bold, market-aware brand strategy, aligning with saas.group objectives and adapting to changing dynamics.
- Lead go-to-market execution (PLG, inbound/enterprise sales, partnerships), owning commercial performance and revenue growth.
- Drive operational excellence: build budgets, track KPIs, optimize ROI, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team; create succession plans and ensure organizational resilience.
- Foster innovation by identifying disruptive trends (including AI), experimenting with new business models, and making data-driven bets that strengthen market position.
- Champion a strong culture: set high performance standards, encourage collaboration, ensure alignment with saas.group values, and embed diversity and inclusion.
- Represent the brand externally with customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
What You bring to the table
- Proven leadership experience as a CEO, General Manager, or Head of a business unit in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of P&L management, go-to-market strategy, and product-led growth.
- Ability to inspire, align, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies in a remote-first setting.
- Track record of scaling a business — from early-stage growth to maturity — with measurable results in revenue, profitability, and team development.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven decision-making, and operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the brand to external stakeholders.
- Passion for SaaS, technology, and building great products that solve real customer problems.
