We’re looking for a highly skilled Chemistry specialist fluent in Arabic who can bring subject matter expertise, linguistic precision, and cultural context to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine outputs, and provide expert feedback on chemical concepts, problem-solving, and terminology in both English and Arabic to strengthen model performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate AI-generated content
- Assess responses for accuracy and clarity
- Identify and document error patterns
- Collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain-specific guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry or closely related field
- Fluency in Arabic
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching, research, or applied science
- Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus
- Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
Compensation
Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and stable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
