We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. As a Channel Solutions Associate, you’ll support operational initiatives across our channels, including growth initiatives and AI. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and shape the way Maven expands through our channels.

What you’ll do:

• Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Claude, Salesforce, Looker
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
