Change Management Specialist - Healthcare Transformation

Job Description:

Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Change Management Specialist to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in the analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting operational execution through change management.

Responsibilities:

• Performs tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within a healthcare organizations, programs, and projects.
• Tasks may include developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change.
