About the role

Accountabilities:

    • Guide prospective students through certification programs, courses, and coaching offerings via email, live chat, and scheduled phone calls.
    • Listen carefully to prospective students’ goals and circumstances, building genuine relationships and recommending appropriate learning pathways.
    • Explain programs, curricula, coaching methodologies, career opportunities, and the practical realities of developing a coaching practice.
    • Support enrollment, registration, and payment-related questions, collaborating with Customer Experience teams when additional assistance is required.
    • Develop thoughtful follow-up strategies that help prospective students progress confidently through their decision-making process.
    • Share recurring questions, customer insights, and feedback with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to improve the overall prospective-student experience.
    • Create and maintain internal documentation, communication templates, predefined responses, and knowledge resources.
    • Stay informed about available programs, promotions, industry developments, and coaching trends to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
    • Manage multiple conversations and priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of communication, accuracy, and service.
    • Requirements:

      • Completion of all three relevant certifications: PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification, Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery Certification, and PN Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification.
      • Previous experience coaching clients, with the ability to confidently explain how evidence-informed coaching methodologies can be applied in real-world situations.
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and practical.
      • A consultative, service-oriented approach focused on helping people make informed decisions rather than using high-pressure sales techniques.
      • Strong empathy, curiosity, active listening, and the ability to establish trust quickly.
      • Excellent organization and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and priorities independently.
      • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand broader customer and business objectives.
      • Comfort learning and using new technologies, including AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency and quality.
      • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaborative documentation platforms such as Notion.
      • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and communication tools such as Slack.
      • Ability to work primarily during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with occasional evening or weekend availability during launches or promotional periods.
      • Legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States.
      • Benefits:

        • Remote-first working environment with a flexible schedule.
        • Term contract expected to last approximately 12–15 months.
        • Part-time schedule beginning in September, transitioning to full-time hours from December 1.
        • Compensation of $35–$45 CAD per hour, depending on experience and skills.
