About the role
We are looking for a CEO / Co-founder to lead the creation of a new AI-driven startup focused on automation and AI agents for B2B environments. This is a hands-on founder role, not a corporate management position. You will be responsible for shaping the opportunity space, validating the problem, defining the product direction, and building the company from zero together with the venture-building team. Rather than joining an existing product, your mission is to discover and build a scalable B2B solution leveraging AI agents and automation technologies, turning validated market problems into a fast-growing startup. As CEO / Co-founder, you will combine strategic leadership, product thinking, and business development in an early-stage, high-uncertainty environment.
Your responsibilities
- Co-creating and leading the new startup
- Defining and validating the market opportunity within the B2B automation / AI agents space
- Crafting the long-term vision and strategy of the company
- Driving problem discovery and validation with potential customers
- Shaping the product concept and defining the MVP
- Leading the product development process in collaboration with engineering and AI teams
- Designing the go-to-market strategy and initial sales approach
- Stimulating revenue growth through sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion
- Building and leading a high-performing founding team
- Monitoring technological and market trends related to AI, automation, and enterprise software
- Managing the operational and financial aspects of the company
- Representing the startup in discussions with investors and ecosystem partners
Who we are looking for (Must-have)
- At least 5-7+ years of proven track record of leadership experience in a startup environment
- At least 3+ years of experience working with IT implementations or technology projects in large organizations
- Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch
- Strong understanding of current technology and AI trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership attitude
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into product or business ideas
- Strong networking and business development capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Knowledge of project management and process design
- C1+ level of spoken and written English
- C1+ level of spoken and written Polish
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI-based solutions
- Experience in enterprise software, automation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience collaborating with technical teams building data or AI products
- Previous involvement in startup scaling or venture building environments
