About the role
Accountabilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors and business partners, providing guidance, feedback, installation requirements, and technical information to support high-quality service delivery.
- Review installation and service statements of work to identify appropriate approved contractors and available technicians for each assignment.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management to understand project requirements, resource needs, timelines, and scheduling priorities.
- Partner with Customer Support to ensure service requests and dispatches are scheduled promptly and accurately.
- Plan and schedule installation and service jobs based on project requirements, customer preferences, technician capabilities, geographic location, and resource availability.
- Coordinate field technicians and installation teams to allocate resources efficiently and minimize scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Source internal and external labor resources as needed to fulfill installation and service requests.
- Negotiate and create purchase order numbers to secure assigned labor resources for installation and service work.
- Provide technicians and business partners with detailed installation guides and relevant job information to support successful execution.
- Coordinate material logistics by arranging shipment of required parts from assigned warehouses to appropriate locations.
- Track projects through completion, ensuring jobs are posted, updated, and closed accurately and on time.
- Identify scheduling challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and proactively resolve issues that could affect project timelines or customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve scheduling processes, resource utilization, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, field operations, logistics, or a related environment, with intermediate-level scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple schedules, projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities, resource availability, or customer requirements change.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, technicians, project managers, customer support teams, and other internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a consistent commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to influence, coordinate, and motivate others through clear communication and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

- Base compensation of approximately $20–$23 per hour, with actual pay determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
- Full-time, 100% remote work opportunity within the United States.
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
