Card Partner Relations Specialist (6-month contractor)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-growing Card / Payment Business Expansion team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end commercial operational processes of our card programs in various regions, ensuring smooth vendor management, accurate financial reconciliation, and efficient capital injection operations. You will work closely with user operations, legal, compliance, treasury, and external partners to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Reconciliation & Payment Management
  • Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation and payment requests for vendors or external partners for the card business.
  • Verify invoices against contracts and transactional data to identify discrepancies, mischarges, and revenue opportunities.
  • Follow up with vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support documentation and cost allocation processes.
• Payment Network & Key Vendor Interaction
  • Manage day-to-day interaction with Visa and Mastercard, including working in Mastercard Connect and the equivalent Visa programme management portals.
