About the Role

Drive volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American start-up. This is a Recruiting Manager position at Fresh Prints focused on sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates for campus manager roles.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain consistent recruiting routines and processes
• Source candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Handshake, social campaigns, and unconventional platforms
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and iterate on engagement strategies
• Evaluate candidates based on learning ability, receptiveness to feedback, and problem-solving mindset rather than resume credentials alone
• Take ownership of recruiting outcomes and continuously experiment with new approaches
