Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta, you will manage the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. You'll work across all customer segments—from early stage startups to enterprise accounts—building campaigns that strengthen Vanta's market leadership and brand presence throughout APJ.

The Growth Marketing team is committed to a data-driven approach to decision-making, analysing and optimising campaign performance using robust measurement frameworks. We're a collaborative team working closely across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

This role is critical to scaling Vanta's presence across APJ by developing region-specific campaigns that resonate with local markets while leveraging US-based content and global marketing resources. You'll be the person who takes a big GTM moment—a product launch, a key vertical push, a field event—and turns it into pipeline across multiple segments and markets.

What you’ll do as a Campaigns Manager at Vanta

  • Build and execute integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies (brand, launch, event, demand) across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events for all APJ market segments
  • Develop and implement region-specific campaigns that drive demand within early stage, growth stage, commercial+, and emerging market segments across the APJ region
  • Own the numbers: MQL, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates—track them obsessively, report them clearly, and continuously optimize for maximum engagement and ROI
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities, audience messaging, and deliver strong conversions through the funnel
  • Collaborate with Vanta's US-based marketing team to localize and execute global campaigns, ensuring the right level of resourcing to effectively adapt content for regional markets
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing to ensure every campaign is anchored in messaging that resonates with APJ buyers across all segments
  • Execute sponsorship media buys and support event and field marketing efforts across the region
  • Keep the campaign calendar and budget running smoothly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across your segments
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign performance, actionable insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Bring AI into your workflow in ways that are useful: sharper briefs, faster iteration, better personalization—demonstrating curiosity, sound judgment, and responsible application

How to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications or relevant field
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with proven experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple segments (SMB, commercial, and enterprise)
  • Track record of owning integrated programs (email, paid, lifecycle, events) from brief to execution to results
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills—you spot what's working, what's not, and what needs to change before anyone asks
  • Experience working across multiple market segments and adapting campaign strategies to different audience needs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce
  • Experience with self-serve analytics tools
