THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will support the Enterprise Systems Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst. You will evaluate and compile objectives and opportunities for improving and streamlining IT systems and internal workflows, plan and lead implementation of supportive business solutions, and measure the effectiveness of those programs, driving continuous improvement of time and cost efficiencies across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management.
- Serve as a resource for best practices in workflows, and systems, partnering with teams across ActBlue to help guide project planning and execution.
- Support the Enterprise Systems Manager in leading projects and critical initiatives.
- Be a thought partner with business stakeholders and recommend solutions.
- Maximize the use and implementation of existing systems before seeking new ones.
- Assist with Business Continuity Planning
- Assist in assessing risk and managing the cost of systems across the entire software stack.
- Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline workflows and processes.
- Assist/provide backup in the ongoing administration of Finance tooling, CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, and HRIS, including user roles and permissions, item configuration, reporting changes, and related administrative duties.
- Define meaningful KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives, evaluate performance through data analysis, and report on program metrics to relevant stakeholders. Identify, prioritize and drive strategic technology and workflow investments to improve those KPIs over time.
- Estimate and establish costs of upgrades and improvements and track and manage software and hardware costs during implementation, including navigating budget and functionality tradeoffs.
- Document and diagram key system configurations; support key business stakeholders in their process documentation efforts
- May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards.
- Implement, monitor, and assist in identifying and diagnosing possible issues with integrations between systems that communicate with the CRM platform, including, but not limited to, third-party data and productivity tools.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-4 years of CRM management
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, and you know when to adjust your focus, format, vocabulary, and level of detail according to the audience and communication goals.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, strong project management skills, be team-oriented, and have a growth mindset.
