How you will achieve success:

• Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports every week.
• Source new reports that continually inform and increase the stickiness our clients will have to the Spreetail offering.
• Anticipate possible issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance. Present solutions to detect, eliminate or fix in an expeditious manner.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
• Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including but not limited to SQL Server, Power BI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL expertise.
