Business Solutions Analyst

Accountabilities:

• • Analyze business and operational data and produce comprehensive weekly reports that support decision-making and account performance.
  • Develop new reporting and analytical solutions that provide ongoing insights and strengthen client engagement with the services offered.
  • Monitor reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping activity, and performance indicators, proactively identifying potential discrepancies or operational issues.
  • Investigate problems, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions to detect, prevent, or resolve issues efficiently.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency and the customer experience.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, organizing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed successfully and on schedule.
  • Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that help improve business performance and client outcomes.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and communicate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL Server and Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions independently.
  • Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment environment, with exposure to third-party logistics (3PL) operations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately across multiple priorities and large datasets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and consistently follow through on commitments.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup and equipped to meet the required technical and connectivity standards.
