Business Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven Business Manager to support our dynamic, fast-growing crypto exchange. This individual will work closely with the Department Head to ensure seamless execution of department-wide initiatives, optimize business operations, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Leadership Support & Decision-Making

• Provide direct support to Department Head by preparing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and presentations to guide decision-making.
• Own the day-to-day operations of the company, supporting Department Head in ensuring that teams are effectively executing on their responsibilities.
• Handle the calendar of Department Head, and help prioritize the most important meetings and activities.

Strategic Execution & Alignment

• Collaborate with Department Head to define and prioritize department-wide business goals and objectives.
• Ensure that teams across the department are aligned with the company’s strategic direction, driving key initiatives to meet business targets.
• Develop and track metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to monitor progress, ensuring that initiatives are moving forward and achieving desired outcomes.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Communications

• Manage leadership meetings, prepare presentations, and ensure effective communication across teams.
