We are seeking an experienced executive to join our leadership team as Business Development VP, responsible for driving partner‑led growth and long‑term revenue expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Business Development VP is an executive‑level sales and growth role accountable for expanding and growing revenue through existing carrier integration and channel partners. This role owns partner strategy, revenue performance, and relationship health across the partner ecosystem.

This position works closely with Sales, Product, Finance, EDI, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment between partner strategies, product capabilities, and bswift’s overall business objectives. The primary goal of this role is to help partners grow their core businesses while increasing adoption and revenue of bswift’s products and services in a profitable and scalable manner.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own overall business development strategy and revenue outcomes for carrier integration partners and channel partners.
  • Drive new revenue, expansion, cross‑sell, and retention of bswift products and services in support of profitable growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi‑year partner growth strategies aligned with company revenue, margin, and market expansion goals.
  • Evaluate partner performance and investment decisions to ensure strong return and strategic alignment.

Executive Partner Leadership

  • Lead executive-level relationships with key partners, influencing joint business planning and strategic initiatives.
