THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to launch your sales career in a fast-growing, international tech company?

At NavVis, we’re transforming how the world captures and visualizes spatial data, and we need a passionate, driven Business Development Specialist to help scale our presence in the DACH market.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and developing a robust sales pipeline in your region. As the first point of contact for potential clients in industries like construction, surveying, engineering, and infrastructure, you will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into real opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help clients unlock the full potential of NavVis solutions.

With hands-on onboarding, continuous training, and direct mentorship from experienced sales professionals, you will be well-equipped for long-term success and career growth within our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with creativity, adapting their approach to each client’s needs. If you have a business mindset, a genuine interest in the latest spatial and surveying technologies, and the drive to exceed targets, we’d love to hear from you!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Research & Prospect: Identify and understand target customers and decision-makers, tailoring your approach based on the sales landscape and industry-specific use cases
  • Lead Generation: Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, industry events and LinkedIn
  • Qualify & Nurture Leads: Engage prospects to determine fit and readiness, building relationships that move them through the sales funnel
