The Team
You will be part of a remotely working but well aligned revenue team that is responsible for the end to end delivery of our product and service to Media Buyer customers. We see significant inbound customer traction in this client vertical and are hiring to double down on this opportunity. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar mobile and CTV ad-tech industry.
The Role
Your role requires a deep understanding of the performance advertising market and the various actors in this space, including media platforms, measurement & tracking solutions, agencies, advertisers and networks operating in that space. The unifying element of our customers is that they choose Kayzen for our ability to deliver measurable results while giving them full transparency and control. Whether the outcomes they look for are leads, calls, purchases or other conversion goals. The main geographic market focus is on EMEA and the US. The Kayzen team members, customers, partners and vendors you will interact with are primarily based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Form a deep understanding of your business prospects (whether partner or client) business & goals
- Provide product advisory and strategic consultation to your prospects on how to best work with Kayzen, apply strict filtering and prioritization to your leads
- Work closely with the C-Suite to develop and execute GTM strategies for growing our business with our target ICPs (ideal customer profiles)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts such as partners, select key customers and multipliers who can help us amplify our message
- Close deals, onboard customers and ensure they deliver compound and sustainable revenue growth to Kayzen
- Deeply empathise with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and perspectives, analyze and understand industry trends and translate that into building best-in-class messaging and positioning for Kayzen in your conversations with external parties
- Ownership and effective use of our suite of GTM tools and systems, such as Hubspot, Claude AI, Apollo and more
- Understand how to collect, digest and internally funnel meaningful market feedback and insights to various teams within Kayzen, such as leadership, product
