Activities / Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering web assets for campaigns, product launches, and company announcements.
• Meeting and working with various teams to gather requirements and feedback for web design projects.
• Consolidating requests for changes to the website into high-impact projects
• Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all web initiatives.
• Running design reviews and sharing work early to gather cross-functional input
• Partnering with SEO, engineering, and marketing to inform structure, performance, and content decisions
• Defining user flows, page structures, and content hierarchy for key journeys
• Collaborating on conversion strategy

• Advanced Figma skills

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in web design, ideally in a brand-focused or creative environment
• A track record of collaboration: with creative, marketing and technical teams
• Expertise in responsive, accessible web design and UX/UI
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem
