About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Twitter, Xiaohongshu, Wechat channels etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
• Perform market research and analyze social media trends.
• Support in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Track and report on key metrics to measure success.

Requirements

• Successful experience in growing social media accounts, especially in videos, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), or AI-related content is preferred.
• Experience in social media content creation, with the ability to independently produce creative content.
• Very strong execution ability and quick response skills.
• Experience or awareness in communication and user service.
• Basic industry knowledge and a good understanding of industry trends and hotspots; deeper involvement in transactions and on-chain activities is a plus.
