Position

We are looking for a Billing Manager for our Wellness team.

What awaits you

• Work on a B2C SaaS product in the health & wellness niche with a million-strong audience
• Scaling the payment infrastructure of a product that is actively growing and launching new products
• Direct impact on key business metrics through billing (LTV, approval rate, retention)
• Building and optimizing billing processes in a multi-company environment with various payment scenarios
• High level of autonomy – you will be the owner of the billing process and make decisions that directly impact product revenue

About you

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a subscription-based business
• Experience with payment systems (Stripe / Adyen / Braintree or others)
• Understanding of subscription business and how to work with LTV
• Experience with MIDs, billing models, and anti-fraud
• Ability to work with billing analytics: analysis of metrics, cohorts, and impact on LTV and retention
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to balance revenue growth and risk management
• High level of ownership and proactivity – you don't wait for tasks but see opportunities and act
• Upper-Intermediate English

What you will do

• Build and optimize payment routing between PSP / MIDs and test different scenarios (fallback, cascading, smart routing)
• Increase approval rate across all geos and products, scale billing for new volumes
• Identify LTV growth points through billing: work with billing models (trial / low / mid / high ticket), retry logic, dunning, pricing, and price localization
• Analyze cohorts and the impact of billing on retention
• Launch and manage MIDs (Stripe / Adyen and other PSPs), build the legal entity structure for different products and geos
• Work with descriptors, MCC, risk profiles, and interact with providers and banks
• Integrate billing for new products and funnels, quickly launch new MIDs for scaling
• Configure payments for different business models (subscription / one-off / hybrid)
• Monitor key metrics (approval rate, chargeback rate, refund rate, VAMP / fraud indicators) and build an alert system
• Reduce chargebacks without losing revenue
• Manage billing projects end-to-end and coordinate with marketing, product, and finance
• Prioritize tasks that deliver business results
