Billing AR Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Billing & Collections Analyst to own day-to-day billing operations, cash application and collections support for our India team. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations, dispute management and AR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice generation and accuracy
• Payment application and cash application
• Reconciliations and dispute management
• AR reporting
• Partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections
• Ensure invoices are accurate and payments are applied correctly
• Resolve customer queries quickly
• Improve cash velocity and reduce billing exceptions

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Must reside within commuting distance of Bengaluru office
• Available to attend in-person meetings and company events
• Able to work outside of normal India business hours to support global operations
