About the role

Accountabilities

    • Manage vulnerability-scanning registration and coverage across enterprise endpoints and servers, ensuring appropriate assets are protected and monitored.
    • Administer and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon, including Falcon Exposure Management/Spotlight and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR.
    • Coordinate CrowdStrike sensor and security-agent deployments, upgrades, onboarding, health checks, and lifecycle management across endpoints and servers.
    • Monitor EDR coverage and agent health, troubleshoot endpoint and server issues, and coordinate remediation with relevant technical teams.
    • Process and coordinate firewall blocking requests associated with identified threats and vulnerabilities in collaboration with network security teams.
    • Support ServiceNow-based patch management and change requests, including assessing and verifying their impact on vulnerability-management environments.
    • Coordinate security-related changes with infrastructure, network, IT operations, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
    • Support AWS golden-image upgrades and ensure required endpoint security agents are incorporated into approved images.
    • Manage ADFS certificate renewals and related identity-federation activities.
    • Coordinate endpoint and terminal version upgrades across group companies and affiliated environments.
    • Support endpoint and server onboarding, EDR deployments, vulnerability remediation, and security-operations activities.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate security documentation, incident reports, change records, and operational reports.
    • Lead or support troubleshooting and resolution of security operations issues while ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-through.
    • Verify supplier and vendor information and coordinate with external providers when required.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and operational processes.
    • Requirements

      • 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security operations, endpoint security, vulnerability management, or a closely related field.
      • Strong hands-on experience administering the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, with practical expertise in Falcon Exposure Management/Spotlight and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR.
      • Proven experience managing vulnerability-scanning coverage, endpoint protection, security-agent deployment, remediation, and sensor lifecycle upgrades.
      • Strong understanding of endpoint and server security operations, vulnerability remediation, threat management, and security incident processes.
      • Experience troubleshooting EDR agents across enterprise endpoints, servers, and terminals.
      • Working knowledge of firewall change and blocking procedures and experience coordinating security changes with network teams.
      • Practical experience using ServiceNow for patch management, change requests, or security operations; exposure to Security Operations or Vulnerability Response modules is advantageous.
      • Experience with ADFS certificate renewals and identity-federation environments.
      • Experience supporting AWS infrastructure and golden-image management is highly desirable.
      • Strong ability to create clear, accurate security incident reports, operational documentation, and change records.
      • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured security, change-management, and operational procedures.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and international colleagues.
      • Business-level English proficiency is required; Japanese language proficiency is an advantage for working with Japan-based stakeholders.
      • CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA or CCFR are desirable.
      • Experience supporting cybersecurity operations within financial services or insurance organizations is preferred.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and operate effectively within a remote, global environment.
