About the role
Accountabilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for intern positions across Canada, supporting activities in both English and French.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to internship start.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student groups, faculty members, and other campus partners to strengthen talent pipelines and employer visibility.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Brand Ambassador programs that increase student engagement and employer brand awareness.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, networking events, team activities, and virtual campus initiatives, including travel to campuses when required.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates while maintaining a professional, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
- Support broader Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment for bilingual French/English positions when needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure processes follow applicable requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes and demonstrate the impact of campus recruitment initiatives.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally including campus recruitment, university recruiting, or early talent programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, students, universities, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and social media tools used for sourcing and employer branding.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
- Comfortable using recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and support data-informed decisions.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), for campus events and team collaboration.
- A proactive, candidate-focused approach with strong judgment, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
