Role Summary
We’re looking for a BDR Manager to lead and scale our team. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing a team of BDRs to hit pipeline targets, refining our outbound strategies, improving repeatable processes for scale and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure we are targeting the right accounts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of BDRs. Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
- Pipeline Execution: Own the BDR team's performance metrics, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds quota for qualified opportunities.
- Strategy & Process: Develop and iterate on outbound prospecting strategies, messaging, and cadences. Optimize our sales stack and lead routing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on target accounts, campaign themes, and funnel handoff processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales development or business development, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of common sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on empathy, data-driven feedback, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to rally a team towards ambitious goals.
Compensation
- Starting Salary Range: $175,000 – $210,000
