Batch Schedulling (Avangrid - GOPTs ) VAC 3

About the Role

Maintenance of Batch processes planning in Control-M, Autosys and UC4 schedulers. The Batch team ensures consistency and integrity of required batch planning, with documentation maintained according to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update batch process documentation
• Develop and perform proactive BATCH maintenance to guarantee service health
• Define batch session follow-up and monitoring procedures
• Analyze and maintain internally developed utilities in Java and Unix scripting
• Work with the operations team to monitor batch sessions and ensure proper execution

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Control-M
• Solid knowledge of UC4
• Minimum C1 English level
• Understanding of batch process planning and scheduling

Note

Autosys knowledge is not required for this position. Both Autosys and UC4 services will be retired by end of 2027.
