Backend Development Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Core Development: Execute high-quality code writing to ensure technical solutions are delivered on schedule and meet all requirements.
• Business & Performance Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business needs to identify system bottlenecks; spearhead initiatives for product performance enhancement and system optimization.
• Technical Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, lead architectural upgrades, and contribute to the accumulation of platform capabilities and reusable component frameworks.

Qualifications

• Target Audience: Graduating students of the Class of 2026.
• Internship Commitment: Minimum of 6 months per term, available 5 days per week.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
• Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of data structures and computer systems; proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang, Java, C++, or C) and SQL.
• Growth Mindset: Passionate about technology with strong coding fundamentals; ability to learn new concepts rapidly and consistently push personal boundaries.
• Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
