About the Role

Montu Therapeutics is building its B2B commercial capability and seeking a driven and creative B2B Marketing Manager to lead efforts in reaching and engaging pharmacy partners across Germany. This is a pivotal role in growing awareness of Montu Therapeutics within the pharmacy and healthcare professional community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy that builds awareness among pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
  • Own brand and product marketing, ensuring messaging is clear, differentiated, and aligned with broader brand identity
  • Create and manage a consistent email marketing programme to nurture leads, communicate updates, and keep partners engaged
  • Establish pharmacy-facing web presence to promote Montu's brand and product portfolio
  • Build sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and FAQs
  • Plan and deliver campaigns end-to-end, from brief through to execution and reporting
  • Drive pharmacy awareness initiatives so dispensing and prescribing partners are informed about Montu's products and services
  • Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to develop accurate, engaging content for a regulated healthcare audience
  • Track and report on B2B marketing performance, using data to iterate and improve campaigns
  • Represent Montu Therapeutics at relevant industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

What You Need

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or a regulated sector
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how marketing supports commercial outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement
  • Solid grasp of brand and product marketing principles for professional audiences
  • Confident email marketer with experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Creative thinker who can develop fresh ideas while maintaining consistency of tone and message
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
  • Interest in cannabis-based medicines and commitment to improving patient access to modern healthcare
