Position Summary

The Associate Vice President, Channel is a sales operations and capacity enablement role designed to increase Regional Vice President (RVP) capacity, improve speed-to-lead, increase conversion, and elevate the overall prospect experience. Deployed to support the market and managed centrally, this role focuses on sales execution support, operational rigor, and responsiveness. The AVP removes friction from the sales process so RVPs can spend more time selling, developing Financial Consultant (FC) and advisor partnerships, and advancing opportunities. This position is primarily an internal support role, with occasional external contact in support of RVP, FC, and advisor communications and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and data accuracy to support visibility, forecasting, and effective follow-through.
  • Manage pipeline upkeep and administrative follow-up to help protect opportunity flow and conversion.
  • Support advisor match and routing to help ensure timely response and appropriate lead handling.
  • Serve as a backup resource for inbound FC calls and support, as needed.
  • Coordinate Financial Planning Group (FPG) proposal requests and other sales support tasks that advance opportunities efficiently.
  • Manage wholesaling and FC-facing email support to improve responsiveness and consistency.
  • Protect speed-to-lead and overall responsiveness across the market through disciplined task execution and follow-up.
  • Support branch events and post-event follow-up activities in partnership with market leadership.
  • Support the Regional Vice President by collecting and organizing prospect data and personal details to facilitate a seamless new client onboarding process.

Preferred Profile

  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to support timely, clear follow-up.
  • Detail oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and task execution.
  • Comfortable operating behind the scenes to improve execution and remove friction from the sales process.
  • Reliable partner for RVPs, helping preserve their time for selling and coaching.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Financial services, sales support, or sales
