Associate Staff Engineer(CLOUD-INFRASTRUCTURE)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization's cloud & network infrastructure, DevOps roadmap in line with continent tech strategy and global standard
• Align infrastructure initiatives with business goals, emphasizing cost optimization and agility
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and regulations related to cloud and network management
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes

Cloud Management & Architecture

• Oversee cloud operations (Alicloud, AWS, Azure) including migration, resource allocation, and cost management
• Design resilient, scalable cloud architectures for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the cloud environment
• Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization

Cloud Network & Security

• Optimize cloud network performance (VPCs, VPNs, CDNs) and troubleshoot connectivity
• Implement security frameworks (Zero Trust, encryption) and ensure compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)

DevOps

• Follow global DevOps practice and process, drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices across the organization, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Promote DevOps culture, integrating monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, ELK Stack) for system reliability
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of cloud services
• Plan and implement DevSecOps for the long term

Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate contracts with cloud vendors

Team Leadership

• Mentor cloud engineers, network specialists, and DevOps team members from vendors
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with software development and security teams
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology and DevOps tools
